He is Drew Lynch and the main thing about him is that he has a major speech impediment in his voice as he has a stutter.
I love tons of other comedians Gaffigan Rogan Notaro Bamford Ansari etc but those three stand out as being the most comfortable on-stage and the most consistently funny.
